Charlie Ibarra is the Co-Founder and Head of Content at Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV. The network launched under Sabio in January 2025. In his role, Charlie oversees content strategy and licensing for the network, and leads creator recruitment, format development, and series production for the studio.

A former advertising executive turned television screenwriter and show developer, Charlie joined Sabio Holdings, Creator Television’s parent company, in July 2022.

Before launching Creator Television, Charlie studied television storytelling under his mentors: Paul Kolsby, senior TV writer and producer best known for "Ozark" (Netflix), and Izzie Pick-Ibarra, award-winning showrunner behind "Dancing with the Stars," "Rihanna's Savage X Fenty," and "The Masked Singer." He focused on developing fresh, format-driven, story-forward unscripted series for network and streaming platforms, and brought a strong sense of story structure, sharp dialogue, and tonal versatility to comedy and dramedy projects. Charlie’s passion for creative storytelling drives every show he builds at Creator Television and fuels his belief in the transformative power of creator-led TV formats that blend social video energy and traditional television story structure.

Charlie began his professional career in advertising at IAC and later Yahoo!, where he developed a deep interest in brand storytelling and gained global market experience, including in EMEA and LATAM. He rose through the ranks in ad tech, holding leadership roles such as Director of Brand Partnerships at JUICE Mobile (Yellow Pages Canada), Senior Director of Sales at Celtra, Inc., and Senior Director of Mobile Partnerships at Flashtalking. He also served as Senior Director of Ad Sales at MocoSpace.

A frequent speaker at industry events, Charlie has championed the future of creator-led TV at conferences including StreamTV, OTT.X, and TVOT. He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from UCLA and completed the university’s Extension Program in Television Writing and Film & TV Development.

Charlie grew up in Highland Park, Los Angeles, the son of immigrant Mexican and Colombian parents. As a latchkey kid, he developed an early obsession with television—and an encyclopedic knowledge of it. He now splits his time between Hollywood and London, where he lives with his wife, award-winning television producer Izzie Pick-Ibarra, and their children.

Joe Ochoa is the Co-Founder and General Manager of Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV, launched by Sabio in January 2025. In his role, Joe oversees all business operations and business development, including all production needs, from development and acquisition to post. With  production and creative teams located across the U.S. and throughout the world, Joe’s collaborative leadership has brought together the most diverse slate of creative and unique storytellers to today’s streaming industry. He joined Sabio, the parent company of Creator Television, in March 2022.

Joe is an Emmy Award-winning creative and producer. His background includes Producer roles at MTV Networks (MTVU, “Made,” “Ten on Top,” “The Seven”), NBCUniversal (“Open House,” “First Look”), The QYOU (an international creator-focused network), Yahoo! Sports, and Wealth TV (“Lux Lifestyles”).

Prior to Creator Television, Joe also served as Digital & Creative Manager for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, where he established the internal creative team, which led to the visual, brand and website refresh for the historic hotelier. Additionally, Joe was the Director, Creative Services for PatientPop (SaaS marketing) and Clique Media Group, respectively.

A graduate of Long Island University, Joe holds a BFA in Broadcasting & Electronic Media. Among his other awards includes, AVA Digital Award, and winner of five North American film festivals and seven official selections. Joe resides in Los Angeles with his wife, where he spends his free time drumming in the garage or planning his next international adventure.

John Jonas Magsino is the Creative Director of Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV, launched by Sabio in January 2025. As the brand’s creative steward, Jonas spearheads the full creative process, from concept to execution, for campaigns, digital assets, web content, brand materials, sizzle reels, on-air promotions, production needs, and more. He leads a team of creative designers, producers, editors and outside vendors as the head visionary of each project, providing guidance on the creative POV of content to reach multiple audience targets with unique, individual creative executions that elevate brand awareness and perception and audience engagement. He joined Sabio, the parent company of Creator Television, in November 2022.

Prior to Creator Television, Jonas served as Interactive Art Director at Amobee, a digital advertising company. He was promoted three times during his time there, from Junior Graphic Designer to Graphic Designer to Senior Interactive Designer. He began his career as a Graphic Design Intern at Media Arts Center San Diego and the AjA Project, a nonprofit organization that utilizes photography-based educational programs to transform the lives of displaced youth.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Jonas holds a Bachelor of Arts with an Emphasis in Multimedia. The former high school basketball coach resides in San Diego with his wife and their two daughters, where Jonas spends his free time playing basketball, working on his Datsun, and camping (whenever he gets a chance!).

Kristi Chiou is the Head of Operations, Content Operations Manager of Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV, launched by Sabio in January 2025. In her role, Kristi leads strategic initiatives for the streaming network, including overseeing cloud workflows and streamlining processes. Kristi joined Creator Television in November 2024. 

Previously, Kristi held the role of Media Manager of Ad Sales and Distribution for World Poker Tour, where she managed and maintained the brand’s OTT FAST and VOD channels. Additionally, Kristi successfully conceptualized and led the development of its video streaming app, WatchWPT, which provided seamless content delivery and an enhanced viewing experience for its audience. 

Kristi’s journey to streaming television was born out of the global pandemic, when all live music performances came to a sudden standstill. Faced with an uncertain future, she tapped into her network and discovered an opportunity that allowed her to build on her creative foundation. As she settled into the role, Kristi began to recognize how seamlessly her past experiences in music and entrepreneurship aligned with her work in television. From the programs Kristi mastered in music school to the skills she honed while running her own business, every piece of Kristi’s journey proved to be an essential asset in her role as a media manager.

Before pivoting to the entertainment industry, Kristi’s love of music led to her first career in music as a classically trained pianist. From the Choir Accompanist at the University of La Verne, where she contributed to the musical excellence of the university's choir program, to serving as the Director of Music for the Covina United Methodist Church, where she planned and coordinated all live music for services — Kristi brings the same level of discipline and drive to be a world-class music professional to her work in television today. Drawing on her musical background to weave together creative elements, ensuring every piece works in harmony. 

A graduate of the prestigious College of Music at Azusa Pacific University, Kristi holds a Bachelor in Music, Commercial Music, Arranging and Composing. A dedicated volunteer to her community, Kristi resides in Los Angeles and she participates in speed puzzling (jigsaw) competitions.

Andrew Centenera is the Content Operations Coordinator at Creator Television, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV, launched by Sabio in January 2025.  In his role, Andrew supports content operations, including planning and scheduling of the network’s programming; organizing, storing and retrieving of all content assets; ensuring quality control of streaming content, including AVOD, and distribution and delivery across streaming platform partners. He joined Sabio, the parent company of Creator Television, in April 2025.

Prior to joining Creator Television, Andrew served as Media Coordinator at Riot Games, where he facilitated project coordination and content delivery, with a focus on managing the ingestion and metadata entry of professional esports content into the company’s media asset management platform. His experience also includes working at Resillion, a global quality engineering and cybersecurity company, where he was the Artwork QC Operator for a major streaming service’s extensive library of international and domestic video streaming titles. Andrew began his career as a Subtitle QA/Video Editor (Japanese to English) at Glocal Media, a media company focused on the creation and operation of original international channels broadcast across multiple platforms worldwide.

A graduate of California State University at Northridge, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Cultures, Japanese. Andrew resides in Los Angeles, where he spends his free time driving at the local track and PC gaming.
